About The Treatment
A new approach to insomnia
The first dual orexin receptor antagonist (DORA) licensed in the UK for chronic insomnia in adults.
How does it work?
Your brain produces orexin, a chemical that keeps you awake. In insomnia, orexin signalling can be overactive at night. Quviviq blocks these receptors, reducing the wakefulness drive and allowing sleep to occur naturally without the heavy sedation of older tablets.
Works differently
A dual orexin receptor antagonist that blocks wakefulness signals rather than forcing sedation.
Fall asleep faster
Clinically proven to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, naturally.
Stay asleep longer
Reduces nighttime awakenings for more continuous, restful sleep.
Better daytime functioning
Designed to support next day alertness with less grogginess than traditional options.
